COLD ROOMS & ENVIRONMENTAL CHAMBERS
Built for the conditions
your work demands.
Biomedical research, pharmaceutical operations, document storage, warehouses, and specialized processes all depend on the right environment. We design complete systems for applications with tight temperature and humidity requirements.
We bring the enclosure, refrigeration, heating, humidity control, and custom controls together as one project. Our work ranges from smaller rooms and laboratory chambers to large-scale warehouse freezers, including water-cooled and air-cooled systems and freezer designs with under-slab heating.
Plan your room or chamberDirect from the manufacturer. We purchase panels directly from leading manufacturers including Kolpak, KPS Global, and Imperial Brown. That gives us flexibility to select the right enclosure for your project while keeping pricing competitive and coordinating directly on the design.
Cold, warm, hot, humid, or dry
We build walk-in refrigerators, freezers, warm and hot rooms, and complete environmental chambers with humidification and dehumidification as required. From cold storage to warm, hot, humid, or dry conditions, we design the operating range around your storage, testing, or process requirements.
Temperature and humidity working together
Where the application calls for it, we design humidification, dehumidification, heating, and refrigeration to work as a coordinated system. Sensor placement, air distribution, moisture loads, and door openings all influence the result.
Panels, doors, under-slab heating & difficult spaces
We plan the enclosure dimensions, insulation, finishes, doors, floors, and equipment placement around the site. Our freezer projects can include under-slab heating systems as part of the floor design. Tight access, unusual footprints, existing building constraints, and rooftop equipment locations are part of the design conversation.
Water-cooled & air-cooled systems
We provide both water-cooled and air-cooled refrigeration systems. Equipment selection takes the site’s available utilities, heat-rejection requirements, operating conditions, and maintenance needs into account.
Small rooms through warehouse-scale freezers
From a compact cold room to a large-scale warehouse freezer, we plan capacity, air distribution, doors, loading patterns, and service access around the way the space will be used.
Document storage & other precise environments
We design controlled environments for document and archive storage, sensitive materials, and other applications with tight climate requirements. Tell us the temperature and humidity conditions your materials or process require, and we will develop the system around them.
Purpose-built touchscreen controls
Our control systems are designed, programmed, and built in-house for the project. Watlow RMC controllers and Maple Systems touchscreens bring operating conditions, settings, alarms, and system information into a clear interface. Explore our custom controls
System capacity, backup strategy, and service
We evaluate the number of refrigeration systems, staging, lead/lag operation, and backup requirements with you. The design accounts for available utilities, maintenance access, and the level of operating continuity your application needs. We also provide ongoing maintenance and repair.
A defined operating range for your application
Every room has a designed temperature and humidity envelope. Very low temperatures, low humidity, rapid changes, heavy loads, or frequent door openings may require additional equipment or a different system approach. We establish the feasible range, tolerances, recovery expectations, and any testing or documentation requirements during project planning.
REFRIGERATION & ENCLOSURES · MANUFACTURER CHOICE
Preferred products.
Flexible solutions.
Heatcraft is our preferred refrigeration product line. We work directly with the manufacturer and regularly recommend its equipment, including MAGNA, for projects where it is the right fit.
We supply a broad range of equipment to suit your specifications and preferences. Refrigeration choices include Heatcraft/MAGNA, Trenton, and Larkin, with cold-room panels from KPS Global, Kolpak, Imperial Brown, and other leading manufacturers. We select the combination that works for your application.
A direct connection to Heatcraft. Our direct purchasing relationship supports competitive project pricing and close coordination with manufacturer engineering. We also source other makes to meet your project requirements.

Practical equipment selection, installation planning, and service experience.
CO₂ REFRIGERATION · HEATCRAFT & MAGNA HIGHLIGHTS
Expanding the options for demanding applications.
Our CO₂ experience includes completed installations for major biomedical clients and dedicated arrangements with one condensing unit serving one evaporator. We offer air-cooled and adiabatic options, selected around the application and site conditions.
Air-cooled CO₂ options
Heatcraft air-cooled gas coolers provide dry heat rejection without a cooling-water supply. Variable-speed EC fans help match airflow to operating conditions; selection depends on the application and design ambient temperature.
Adiabatic cooling options
MAGNA adiabatic gas coolers use wetted pads to assist heat rejection when conditions call for it. Water recirculation and variable-speed fans support controlled operation. We review water availability and maintenance needs during selection.
Equipment built for demanding work
MAGNA offers heavy-duty industrial refrigeration equipment with service access and configurable options. Selected unit coolers offer CO₂ coil designs, multiple defrost arrangements, variable-speed fan options, and choices for air distribution.
We select the refrigerant-compatible equipment and system arrangement for each project. Product features and available options vary by model.
