Equipment inventory checklist: For each unit, include location/room, asset ID, equipment type, manufacturer, model, serial number, age, size/capacity, refrigerant if known, operating temperature, condition, and current maintenance schedule. Upload your spreadsheet, photos, service records, or existing scope of work below. If you do not have an inventory yet, provide what you can and we’ll discuss the next steps.
